GUNTERSVILLE LAKE: Keepin' it REEL

Charming, newly renovated 2000 sqft home minutes from everything yet tucked away in the beautiful Point of Pines lakeside neighborhood. With a boat ramp at the neighborhood entrance, there is easy access to the property by water. The house includes a private boathouse with two slips for your use. You will have everything you need to enjoy a peaceful time on the lake. Enjoy fishing from the dock or relax and watch the sunset.

The space

Main bedroom has a king bed overlooking the water and a half-bath. Second bedroom overlooks the water and has a king bed. The third bedroom has a king bed. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and has two twin beds and two trundle twin beds. (The downstairs bedroom is accessed through the sliding glass doors on the back patio. There are no interior steps.) We have also added a sleeper sofa in the living room to provide more flexibility for sleeping options.

Bathroom one has a huge tiled shower. Bathroom two is built for two with a separate water closet, huge stand alone soaking tub, and tiled shower with two shower heads, hand sprayer, and body sprayers. See Photos!
Plenty of fluffy, fresh linens are provided for your stay.

Amenities include full use of the boat house, propane grill, fire pit, high speed wifi, Smart 4K flat screen TV (in every bedroom and the den) with apps to use your existing Amazon Prime, Netflix, and/or Hulu accounts, Bluray/DVD player, High Efficiency Washer and Dryer, Keurig coffee maker(w/complimentary Kcups), Tankless hot water heater (so you never run out of hot water with all those family members that come along!), tons of cards and board games, and a small book library. The kitchen is well appointed to provide your every need during your stay.

We just bought a new double oven and a new grill (pictures of both are in overall photos). The grill can do propane, charcoal, or smoking. We provide the propane. If you want to use the other features come prepared.

Guest access

Guests have access to everything but a closet with supplies in it. That includes both slips in the boathouse to keep your boat safe and dry.
We have three nice sit on top Kayaks that we rent the use of all three for your entire stay for a $100 flat fee (total for all three). Just ask if you are interested.

Other things to note

Feel free to check the lake levels for your trip. Do an internet search for lake Guntersville lake levels and go to the TVA link. 595 ft equates to approximately 4 ft levels in the boathouse. The lake is a living beast. The experience at the water can vary depending on lake level and lake weeds or debris. TVA sprays and we hire a local crew to cut and remove at the beginning of the summer.

Also FYI....the local Publix will deliver groceries to the front door if you don't want to pack groceries.

We have installed a Level 2 EV Charger. It is a J1772 connector and also has a Tesla (NACS) adapter and charges up to 48A.
